How do I change the stop increments?

Tap the gear icon to open Settings. Under "Step Increments," select your preferred increment (1/3, 1/2, or full stops) for each parameter.

What does the lock icon do?

The lock prevents accidental changes to a parameter while you're shooting. Tap the lock icon on any control to toggle it.

How do I use the drag controls?

Press and drag up/down on any unlocked parameter to adjust values. For exposure compensation, drag left/right. The visual indicators help you see when you're approaching the next stop.

What's the precision indicator?

When a parameter is set to auto-calculate, the small bar shows exactly where the ideal exposure falls between available stops on your camera.

Can I set my camera's limits?

Yes! In Settings, you can set minimum and maximum values for aperture, shutter speed, and ISO to match your specific camera and lens.

Why does the app need camera access?

The app uses your iPhone's camera to measure the actual light in your scene. No photos are taken or stored.
